May God be with you through the New Year and fill your life with comfort, health, healing, love and cheer. May the days ahead hold many blessings for you and yours.
Join the congregation of St. Thomas on Sunday, December 30th at 9:00 am, for a Festival of Lessons and Carols.
The Festival of Lessons and Carols is a service of Scripture and song that dates to the late 19th century. In this service, we listen to Scripture lessons which recount the Fall, the promise of a Messiah, the Incarnation, and the Great Commission to preach the Good News. Each lesson is followed by a carol or other song that reflects on the lesson’s message and a brief prayer.
All are welcome to this wonderful service of Christian worship.
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
